How is that possible? Don't try it....you might hurt yourself...and other innocent bystanders.

i'm trying to avoid politics too... but i feel guilty
when i withdraw completely because so many do that
and it's why we're in the trouble we're in. i owe it
to myself and to you to pay enough attention
to at least make an intelligent vote.

but i promise, i won't overdo it, and i'll keep
my wacko weirdiosity intact.

I hear ya and agree.

And I certainly like reading your points of view.

What I mean is that I try to avoid is Bush's brain farts and other things that he's doing that gets me down.

It puts me in a bad mood.
We'll maybe not really. But sometimes it can help add to a frustrating day.

So for that day or two, I'll breeze over those news stories etc.

I can be a real miserable person at times. Sometimes I end up relieving some of my frustration by sparring with loud right wingers or annoying nimrods.

I don't think I show a very pleasant side of myself when I do that on SI so I've been making an attempt to limit my nastiness to once in a blue moon if possible.

Besides those angry posts take as long to write as the funny ones but they are not nearly as enjoyable. I'd rather belly laugh at a stupid thought that pops into my head, than feel my face get red and ears get hot as I pound away at the keys in anger.

I learn a lot about your political rants and hope that you don't curb them.
