I don't think the nature of a Tarot card increases the likelihood, I think the posted note "jihad in America" does. That note coupled with the Tarot card and possibly the similar weapon and ammo found, taken together, may indicate a link to the current shooter. I have to note that I saw Shephard Smith of Fox reporting on this without mention of the Tarot or the note, this afternoon. He accepted the notion that there is no link here. A few minutes later Fox reported that the White House stated today(I think) that it believes the Al Quaida possibility is firmly on the table, in so many words. Just interesting, that's all.
