I disagree. I think a terrorist would want to continue the killings as long as possible, though I believe he'd also want to offer some hints to the cops and to the public that he was a terrorist. An "ordinary" psychopath may not consciously want to be caught, but unconsciously he may be looking for relief from the pressure to "perform". What are the odds on another shooting tonight? I'd say pretty good. I'd guess further than he'll choose a location much like last night's. Just to show the cops that he can do it again.
