Most reverse splits are done out of delisting desperation or so the company can issue more shares of stock to raise money.

TALK was neither of these. They R/Sed so that institutions, many who often cannot buy stock under $5, can now buy shares. I hope their strategy works, lol.

Looks like the R/S stigma may have lifted today :-)))

It needs to hit something like $7.50 for me to break even.
