The governor of Md, Glendenning, has banned hunting in the 4 counties. They will likely bring in shot report equipment like they have here in So. Calif which triangulates the report of a firearm. Along with some Defense Dept. technology in a plane that can detect muzzle flash they are upping the scientific ante here. I thought the Gov. might ban cream colored vans from the road or possibly broadcast an immediate "stop where you are" (the theory being only the killer would still continue to disobey the law) at the next incident but it is not in the cards yet;)
