That's what I meant. I think it would be possible to design a system without a punishment component. We've talked about it before, maybe a few months ago, in the context of the criminal justice system. There's no way to demonstrate it, of course.

P.S. Don't get wrapped up on SI and miss Buffy like you did last week...
