both... -g

and remember, there are more bulls behind them.

I think The Pamplona Encierro truly reflects these crazy bear market rallies... where the bulls are so blind and excited that they just go... trampling on top of anything in their way... so some of the bulls go ahead of the courageous [fools -g] "mozos" (bull-runners) <read stoic shorts -lol>, some of them getting gored.

Surprsingly, at the Feria de San Fermín (that is in Pamplona, province of Navarra, España), the actual number of seriously injured or dead is not that high --as opposed to the wall street version -lol.

The tradition of the "Encierro de Pamplona" (bull run of Pamplona), goes back more than 600 years, and not until 1924, no known deaths had occured, as most of the "mozos" seem to be quite good at avoiding danger. --these are the guys in white with the red "pañoletas" (scarves) around their neck. The actual run lasts about 3 minutes for 800 meters (a little over 800 yards). Since 1924 there has been 11 deaths total --in all truth, probably a lot safer than one of these Bull runs of Wall Street -g

I wonder, if in Canada they would have an equivalent "run with the Grizzlies" event. -LOL. Nevertheless, it would be interesting to see, what would happen if in Canada they had this "run of the grizzlies" and then put them together running in opposite directions to see who of the two (bulls and bears) would claim the World Championship of the nutzzz -g

Unfortunately, Canadians seem to be a very nice civilized (*) lot eh ? so the Grizzlies ~vs~ Miuras event would never take place. No doubt there are a couple of rugged Paul Bunions living in Yellowknife that have probably dominated a grizzly or two...

(*) I think they save their aggressiveness for ice boxing (i mean ice hokey )

Here are some stats about the Encierro de San Fermín
