Hi Jay - I feel better about buying things made in China, thanks for pointing me towards those posts.

With respect to Bangladesh, I am not pissed off at the government of Bangladesh, so will not punish the poor Bangladeshi entrepreneurs because their government sucks.

Boycotting a country hurts the consumer and the producer, who is probably innocent, but the point is to send a message to the government, which needs capital and can't survive long or well as a rogue nation (North Korea, call your office.)

SI's own Iqbal Latif is in Pakistan. Knowing that makes me feel much more hopeful about Pakistan's future.

Knowing that you are in China makes me much more hopeful about China's future.

Anyway, it's a pretty jacket, periwinkle blue which looks good on me, and it's very well constructed.

I have no need for an enormous floppy dog but since Costco is selling it, no doubt that entrepreneur is happy.
