Now that Osama is gone, the subordinate leaders do not have the strength to resist his satanic ways. Because Saddam is trying to use Al-Qaeda, it may be wise for Iran to consider these possibilities. These are only my opinion, as America does not wish to meddle in the affairs of Iran. 1. IMO, it would be prudent if all members of Al-Qaeda that are currently in Iran were detained. This will prevent them from carrying out destructive acts, and injuring Iranian citizens on Saddam’s orders. Of course, if Al-Qaeda calls for Jihad against the evil Saddam, this obviously wouldn’t be necessary. 2. If members of Al-Qaeda currently in Iran were detained, it would greatly help to remove the lingering doubts that some Americans have about renewing our old friendship. This previous post. The continuing violence in the middle east is playing right into Saddam’s hands. As I pointed out before, his goal is to continue to covertly promote the turmoil in the region. This is so that he may have time complete his nuclear weapons, to act as insurance against any that would oppose him in the region. Once he has these weapons, his next goal is to place all of the middle east under his evil dictatorship. His model is the same as that of communist leader, Joseph Stalin. Notice how he displays his portraits everywhere just like Stalin, and how he seeks to buy friendship from the people. He wants nothing less than to be the emperor of the entire middle east, just like Stalin was the emperor of the formerly free states of the Soviet Union. Saddam even murders his Generals just like Stalin did in his purges. If this is not his goal, why does he not both openly and covertly support the Arab League peace plan? IC
