I don't know anymore. I think there was probably a time it was. But I truly think this thing is so gamed right now that there are precious few indicators that are worth following. The dislocations in the credit markets, the black box buggery and the insanity behind mass psychological market movements has really become out of control.

I'm a broad forest for the trees type mind (which is one reason I'm a bad daytrader) and this has got to be the most precarious systemic situation I've encountered or studied. Crash-heads and uber-bears aside, the whole international financial landscape is nothing but a Potemkin system. Hope no one sneezes too hard.

I think I'm going to eat a Ho-Ho now...yum, sugar lard creme filling! And what the hell is with Hostess changing the name from King Dons to Ding-Dongs? Pissin me off. -g-
