I get the feeling something positive but hidden happened in the bond market last week-

Possibly the the FED or Fannie Mae buying Corporates. Liquidity returns....there is a ' put' under bonds.

This will change risk reward, at least for the short. I while I think the market will still ease downward
because valuation are too high for S&P type stocks, I sense that something has been 'fixed' some of the doomsday sceanarios (JP Morgan, Ford blowing up) are starting to become less likely instead of more likely.

Starting to try to get long, move away from govt bonds. Bought some FAX today a few times (Still about a 18% discount to NAV) Will try to buy more North AMerica Natural Gas Royalty Trusts. I expect inflation to show up in energy prices.
