Looking at the futures now; SPX -8.5 NDX -21.5, and asia tilted to mildly green. I would watch futures carefully from 8:30am to the open, as the big money that bet on INTC MAY create a trapdoor open: that being one that is a false positive or only slightly red.
I have seen this a couple times in a like situation.
Once they get the open at a level they need, they will then sell like hell--the trapdoor open. Max
