Trim your investigative manpower, bypass the Justice Dept. and Ashcroft, funnel all the info to Tom Ridge, feed Mueller with weekly sanitized digests about the ongoing investigation. The most disturbing thing about this random killing , is the people that have been slain have been all to human stories , and each one of them special and will be missed From Sydney Morning Herald ( was looking in on Australia after the Bali Bombing , they are also reporting on our sniper here ) smh.com.au Linda Franklin had beaten breast cancer, raised two children and a niece practically by herself and was expecting her first grandchild in just a few months. She was looking forward to moving this week into a bigger home. Instead, she became the ninth victim of the Washington sniper.
