Yes, my interpretation is that the cycle is at a minima, and the other point made by this (besides some wave issues) is that the cycle has lengthed over the years, from what it used to be.

The longwavers are wavers too, just of a little different breed than EW'ers over here. I follow fairly regularly, some real good data over there.
