Shack- Louie Navillier, who is one of the most level-headed money manager I've seen, for a bull that is, believes we have bottomed for year....and claims, we go higher into end of year.. Mentioned something for the PPTers...fund managers NEED rest of year to be up (to save this year's performance numbers) I think there will be a real effort by the powers that be to make this "bottom" stick...what that practically means, I have no clue.
