The tight range was during the period of bottom formation, from just before the final low, to the period after the higher low several months later.

We can't be sure where we are in that cycle. I am suggesting we are within it now, and Jeff isn't. We both seem open to any possibility. If we break to a new low next week that will great with me, even as I am proven wrong again.
