The last year or so they've tanked pre earnings and bottomed the day of earnings, then gapped up the day after.

The price? Well.... I don't know. Depends on guidance I guess. I was surprised to see it take out Sept. lows.

There are a few risks....

They are based in Israel so earnings can be affected by the currency exchange.

Options... they've gotten some nice earnings benefits from options accounting. Not sure what kind of valuation the market wants to give Merq when that's included.

General IT spending. I've never known merq to disappoint other than last year when they had to slightly lower guidance and take a charge for cancelling their World Wide User Conference (no one wanted to fly in October).

The absolute least concern I have is losing biz to competitors.

I bought some shares at 20.80 and again at 16. If it tanks, you might as well see if 15-16 holds and if not, put an order in around 11ish.
