didn't seem entirely endearing in Afghanistan either. That is why we are doing as little of that as possible, Win. We will end up with bases containing troops in Iraq. But once we clear the country, we will basically be stopping internal warfare, and letting them get organized. We know that the less we do for them, the better, long run. Our main goal then will be to look at the rest of the ME and see what else we have to do.
