To me, those terrorist(s) love to create mystery and suspense and FEAR and CONFUSION! The Tarot card and message and the white van are an out-and-out challenge meaning "Come and get me, if you can......... And, ya know, I'm not afarid of anything....I have killed and I/we are not afraid to die." There is a possibility, however remote it may be, that the sniper/snipers were hired, presumably with a very sweet and hefty price, by Al Qaeda. "..... This..." Not real sure but I would think that most hired killers like to live so they can spend the money they are paid for their crimes. Can't see hired killers hanging around and daring police to catch them. Just don't make a lot of sense.
