R, The IBM report stank the house out, but the analysts seem to be spinning it positive for some reason.

Nice underfunded pension plan with overly optimistic projections to boot, overpaid for shares reducing its cash and a cool 20B in debt.

Is there any more one needs to know about its LT prospects?
