Of course, we are just at the beginning, and 10%'s a big order this early. Nationwide realization of the 2000 fraud is starting to spread. Vote fixing has been a joke in the past-like taxes-something that affects the other guy. But, like marginal tax rates in the late 70's, when the Dems woke up one morning and found the Reagan jauggernaut bearing down on them, and no way to stop it, the resentment of their liberty-raping crime will create a reaction, even as early as 2002, that will see many races on the "margin" strangely go to the Republicans. By 2004 and 2006, Ashcroft and the FBI will have done their duty in enough districts and states that the opportunity for this kind of massive fraud will have been limited significantly. South Dakota is a testing ground. Watch the next two years-it's coming to a theatre near YOU, and SOON. As for 2002, I think the normally-lower turnout, as well as the sunlight on 2000, will have a smaller effect, maybe 75,000 to 100,000 fabrications will be prevented. Those kinds of numbers in an off-year election can still have a great leverage effect. As for the Congress, the recent voting reform law has the bare-bones beginning of fraud prevention (which explains why it is a year and a half late). Tougher ID requirements, and the elimination of absolutely ridiculous "provisional ballots", will follow. And, eventually, reasonable literacy tests-critical to a well informed electorate voting in an increasingly complex world-will become the norm. In short, the Clinton era is gradually swirling down the sewer from which it emerged. It's about damn time. As for the overseas military votes versus the slimy Dem ambulance-chasers who try to invalidate them: Let's ROLL, boys!!!...
