Dave, I forget the exact proportions, but ownership of the assets will go:

Banks

Senior Note Holders and unsecured creditors

Shareholders

I don't think there's much chance at all of shareholders getting anything. If the bond holders get anything they'll be lucky.

The banks probably won't get all their money [though they might if they trade their way out of it - sales are going well].

Just some rough ideas there. I recommend checking the facts on creditor priority.
