Yup...we go 3 steps forward and then 2 steps back...expect LOTS of turbulence this fall...We need to see The Global 2000 Companies improve their CapEx forecasts -- when they become more bullish the top tech firms should really benefit...this may not happen until sometime in '03...JMHO.

Anybody intersted in CSCO or INTC at current levels...I hate the massive valuations, but like the quality names....I also feel both will be here 10 years from now, even if the bear stays around that long......what about extr......I bought a bunch in the $2's to lower my cost a great deal...sold some and kept some...but looking at extr and wondering if I should sell, or buy more at these levels.....anybody with some input? TIA
