ok, ta for simpletons(me):

stockcharts.com[h,a]dacayiay[dc][pc20!c100!f][vc60][iut!Ub7!Uh14,3]&pref=G

generally speaking we want to stay pretty relaxed until the rsi hits the lower line....no hyperventilating, even if qcom and qlgc are the TWO GREATEST COMP.....oh, sorry..

At least lets hold back until the rsi momentum stalls and the slow stoch is stalling badly too.

I think the SPX bottom is in as of last week.

Thats what the WSJ guy said on Fox yesterday. (can't remember the guy's name, he's an editor on these talking head shows from time to time). He called THE bottom last week, and said it feels like 1974 to him. He then went on to talk about the 14-year bullish indicator when 2 california teams play the world series... unless they are 2 bay area teams at which point the indicator doesn't work!

A few of my tech friends see the employment picture picking up a little in software esp. wireless. Comm still very bad of course.
