12 sub-30 bullish % numbers from 1965-1990??? What are we talking about here? Surely not the Investor's Intelligence bulls! The thread began when someone posted today's release of the Investor's Intelligence bulls and bears. Then someone mentioned updating the AAII bulls/bears. Your data must be AAII (didn't know AAII data has been around that long) since there have been numerous times (at least over 100) between 1966-1990 where Investor's Intelligence bulls dipped below 30% and times where it was below 30% for weeks and weeks at a time. As an aside, in past bear markets the bottoms were characterized by periods of 7 to 8 consecutive months of week after week of more bears than bulls among the newsletter writers

Jeff, on the bullish percentage numbers from '65-90

Are you speaking of advisors or stocks? I know your earlier post was about advisors.

Pitino is apparently keeping his Cards close to his chest <g> (pun intended). Seriously though, I haven't heard much so I figure that he is just being quiet about what he's doing, and letting football have the limelight for now. We should know more about what he's up to in about a month.
