Bearshark, if "there are about 15 to 20 Michael's spread out over a very wide area in the general Washington D. C. area" in areas accessible to major roads, given that the shootings are spread out over a very wide area in general D.C. in places accessible to major roads, it means *statistically* a Michael's is likely to be nearby. As I cited, you can do the same analysis using a Radio Shack.

Btw, there is a Michael's located in Bowie Maryland, very near where the teenager was shot at his school.
