Here in West Hollywood / Beverly Hills, homes still attract multiple offers if the home is priced 10% to 15% below previous comparable sales.

Homes and Condos offered at previous comparable sales or higher remain unsold. The inventory of homes / condos for sale are approximately 15% to 20% higher than a couple of months ago - the highest level during the previous 12 months. The average days on market continues to increase.
