The UN at its best: doing studies.....forget about the European utopia that the UN is some supra-national body that can regulate world affairs!!!!!!

The point is one that, with a little bit of common sense, everyone, including Ray and Emile could get: it is part of human nature to want to live free, not to be able to work, to be able to enjoy an adequate standard of living, to be able to learn. Name be one Arab country that is recognized for its respect for human rights, for its technological expertise, for its democratic institution, for its high standard of living. Name me one.

Tell Ray to read the UN study and he may volunteer to go liberate the Iraquis from their brutal dictator.
