Yes, but who are the real leaders? Who would be the chief beneficiaries of this random terrorism from anthrax, randon shootings, French tanker and now Bali?

The C-4 explosives used in the Bali and French tanker attacks were manufactured in Israel.

Uhhhh, ignoring the "obvious" connections to Israel <cough> (I saw the first response you got), that's a really intriguing idea. Frightening, but intriguing.
