As I mentioned to an esteemed colleague earlier, it makes no sense to engage in any of this "scambusting" stuff as we had done quite sometime earlier. The SEC nullifies any effect. They say, "Okay, you're not admiting nor denying guilt, and you get to keep all your gains. Just don't do it AGAIN!" Some f-ing detterent.

All we ever did was try to help, get sued in the process, spend money on lawyers, then let the SEC get them off with a reach-around and an extra jiggle.

Sometimes nothing is a good thing to say — and often — a very good thing to do.
