The state Republican Party is being aggressive in getting out the absentee vote with a postcard campaign. The Democrats say they didn't do the same thing because they were advised it wasn't legal.

Tom DeLay's explanation of why he skipped VietNam reminds me of Cheney's. Cheney said he
had better things to do. I believe Delay was an exterminator b4 he was elected to Congress. Some
people might think of Cheney in the same way except Cheney made big bucks doing legal business
with Saddam. Someone should ask Lynne Cheney how she enjoys Saddam's contribution to her
wealthy lifestyle.
