because there was a deficit that revenues were down When money is flowing out then the state of the economy is getting worse. disclosed a socal program that Ronaldus heralded and broke the budget with Reagan wasn't into releasing money for poor people. He broke the budget by subsidising HUD loans for friends, and encouraging land speculation to be payed by taxpayers as the banks folded up. I never said Reagan supported social programs, he didn't like the average person. TP
