Persistent tonight, aren't we?

My original offhand and poorly worded comment which you chose to challenge, was based on observations that amongst a fairly goodsized universe of high-beta tech stocks, of which many have fallen 90% in value in the last year or so, Valence has actually held up better than most (i.e., above the median). This was not meant as a comparison against the index (which weights towards the large caps). And as to plotting charts, not all stocks make their move at the same point in time, so the percentage change charts are misleading. But I provided you with a representative sampling (and one can find many many more) that fell further or the same as Valence.

As to financing, you continue to duck and dodge. Valence has done the best they could, in the situation, and Berg did not take advantage. Rather, they are lucky to have him. And it continues to stick in your craw.

Regarding Castle Creek, how soon you forget that if not for Berg repeatedly defending the stock in the open market and forcing out the shorts, the equity would have been driven to zero by the true floorless bandits. It was open warfare, and we observed the shorting firms violating the covenants of the convertible agreement repeatedly, shorting more than they were legally allotted on given days.

Yeah, Valence sure frustrates the heck out of the shorts... if the shorts had their way, the stock would be at a penny.

And I'm very tired of your posting 'old news'. Many of us were misled by previous management, and the quote you make was based on public statements from the company as to capacity, and general sentiment in the industry as to growing demand.

You really should just 'get over it' and move on. I don't smell any 'hype' here anymore, not like before.
