They're talking about ways to identify the source of propellants. Usually that means taggants. The article doesn't mention propellants either. Are you jerking me around? The article is about ballistic markings. Those proposals infringe on the right of the people to keep and bear arms. Is it correct that you are telling me that people have the right to carry a weapon anywhere they want? In State and municipal government buildings, in Federal buildings, in airports, in the White House, in Congress, in court? jttmab
