Zonder,

A few years ago I used to live in Seattle. My wifes aunt lived in Vancouver so we went back and forth a lot.

She (the Aunt) told us an cool human interest story during the Faukland's War. A young Canadian couple were extremely upset at the US Navies deployement of Trident submarines to the Bangor Naval Base in Washington State across the straits from their home on Vancouver Island. Trying to 'get away from it all' they bought a sheepstation.

In (guessed it) - the Faukland's :-) There home was occupied by the Argentines and was destroyed in the subsequent battle (they were unharmed).

Moral - its a small world after all :-)

It may be normal - but we do not have to like it or approve.

John

zonder, where in the world might this be?

Or they move to places who have a problem with that sort of world. Where adults do not find that world normal.
