Another article in this morning's LA Times that September was yet another month of record price appreciation in So Calif...

The median is listed as $269,000 for LA County.

I have to tell you that I just sold my house (in escrow) for $270,000. There is nothing, and I mean nothing around anywhere, for less than this unless you want to live in a very depressed, ghetto-like and desolate area.

Hard to believe the median is that price. Seems a lot more like $375-425k if you ask me.
