It's all a pyramid dude. Let me ask you this....

If all we knew was electronic trading...Would that change the entire game...

If everybody understood that printing stock was just an infinite pyramid game...
and if everybody understood this...
would that change the game.

If the entire world understood that the fed is a private corporation
and there is a fundamental fear based bias with this concept....
would that change the entire game...

There are plans to put over 200 houses within a few miles of my house. I live in a rural zone which means that each house has to have a lot size of 2 acres or more. Because it is watershed they force the developers to maintain 8-10 acres of undeveloped land for every eight houses. The houses are are in the 400-700k range and are 3000 square feet up to 6000 square feet. I don't know who is buying these things but I do know where they are building them. Yesterday I was almost run off the road by a couple of flatbeds holding an entire house (in the form of two x fours). They don't build spec here anymore. They only build houses that are already sold so somebody is buying 'em.
