I really don't care what rates are -- highest starts since '86 and the current indebtedness is enough to be short homebuilders -- I'm not even sure that interest rates have turned.

I'll give it another week and put BZH back on, still short DHI. It's over and has been over ... this is the death throes

I thought I heard one of the out of breath morons (do they learn the loud inhale technique in journalism school?) say housing starts were at a 16 year high. If the case I smell deflation.
