Sixty five Bn already blown and going to $200 Bn and we cannot protect against containers from ships entering the country daily (who needs cruise missiles?? let alone ICBMs) and now the selected idiot is talking about the threat from unmanned aerial drones from Iraq bringing in smallpox virus. I thought later on that subject. Put the bomb in a container on a holiday cruise ship and let it dock in any US port. This smallpox virus is the most puzzling thing of all. There's no record of a case in 25 years of smallpox anywhere on the planet. Not one. And for the last 25 years the only places that the live virus has been known to exist is at the CDC in Atlanta and the corresponding group in Russia. Whether Iraq has it or any other country has it, is pure speculation. But we've stocked up on the vaccine, yes we have. But let's suppose that they do somehow have the smallpox virus. We certainly believe [as opposed to know] that Iraq has a biological program and we think that Iraq is going to continue to work on standard smallpox biowarfare? I think not. They'll either work on another virus or they'll do some genetic work to develop a smallpox virus that is resistant to the vaccine. Bio experts have said that is well withing technological capabilities today. So we've accomplished what? We have a stockpile of vaccine and encourage the enemy to develop a smallpox virus that is resistant to the vaccine. "Certainly in the case of the sniper, the real issue is values." I don't understand what that means....I guess the point was to insert the word "values" somewhere. Sixty five Bn already blown and going to $200 Bn Money flushed down the toilet.
