They said that because you were essentially being paid, in shares of stock, to bring some exposure to the company. I would hope those that know you, know you are not a pump and dumper and would not try and "bring exposure" to a company you felt was not a quality company with potential....anyway, when I did my dd on HQNT, I liked what I saw....what I saw was a little known company with no debt, making a profit, small float, low valuation, and exceedingly good prospects for drastic increases in revenue, due to the release of their new products and the overwhelming sales figures these new products brought in and are bringing in...the company itself stated, sales are far ahead of their expectations.....In this market, how many companies are coming out saying sales are far ahead of expectations? Not many!! How many officers of companies are buying shares in their company?? Not Many!! The fact officers are buying hqnt, and are doing so because they stated they feel HQNT is SEVERELY undervalued, is most certainly a vote of confidence from the officers, who would know best as to how things are going.....I dont think they would state sales are exceeding expectations and officers are buying stock, if things looked bleak for the future of this little known company......
