Well kennykins, the President is free to do whatever he wishes based upon the resolution passed by the house and senate and is not bound by any resolution passed in the UN. So I see no comparison as the resolution and the legal powers of the US congress and the UN rag tag bunch of fools are not comparable. I guess you cannot comprehend the legalities. I guess simplistic minds get confused when form looks somewhat similar and the underlying law is totally different. So you had legal training.
