Actually, I'm sure his verbal skills are much better than it seems. I think when he speaks in public, however, he has to hold back his "plain-speaking" style of communication, which is why he hesitates so much. Otherwise, the press is bound to exaggerate and put more meaning into his words than he intended. Ten, I am afraid I can't agree. Either he doesn't think fast on his feet, or he is experiencing memory loss. I have never heard so many "uhs" and "hmmmms" in my life. ted
