Very interesting. Of course, the report not only admits that the tubing may not be relevant, but also predicts that Iraq will probably have a weapon within a decade, which is pretty conservative, and, according to the Post,"It is slightly more conservative in its projection of Iraq's future capabilities than a dossier on Iraq's weapons programs released last week by Britain." The report was compiled by all relevant agencies. I guess they could all be in collusion, and the Brits in collusion with them, but it is likely that, right or wrong, they are giving their expert assessment.......
