MSFT will write off a bundle because of bad investments.
Those bad investments are priced into the stock imop.

what is their new licensing program? Some sort of annual fee? I keep hearing about this but since I don't manage msft software in a corporate setting, I don't know what it is. Do we as individuals have to pay anything?

Maybe msft mgmt realizes PCs are mature (unlike WS analysts who think Intel is the only one who can pull us out of the tech slump).

I can't see intel's sales getting any better until those new media station PCs really take off for the home. Samsung has a beautiful one.
