16:20 ET MSFT Microsoft guidance (50.75 +0.63) -- Update --
Company guides Dec qtr to $8.5-8.6 bln in revenues, above the Multex consensus of $8.45 bln; guides EPS to $0.45-0.46 vs consensus of $0.50; unclear if there are any unusual items in this EPS guidance. FY03 seen at $32.2-32.6 bln and $1.89-1.95 vs consensus estimates of $31.9 bln and $1.89.

Reports Q1 (Sep) earnings of $0.13 per share, $0.08 worse than the Multex consensus of $0.21; revs were $311.6 mln, vs consensus of $361.3 mln.
