I just ask the same old questions. Is employment and wages increasing? If not, no matter what our wonderful governments and CB's do, people will not be able buy stuff like they used to. i.e. we will crash down at least as fast (probably faster)then any crash up. It's a matter of timing. How long can Greenspam and the Wall St pumpers keep building the house of cards. -g-

The property market is going to crash downwards with an almighty reverse parabolic KABOOOM in the UK someday imho.
$30k is a big deal wage here. And that is taxed big time and you pay 17.5% VAT on everything. Average house prices are now about $200k and wages are going down...
