I hear what you're saying...only evidence I have is first-hand knowledge anecdotal...

Multiple offers still happening on $500k props in the Pasadena area in late September...

My house in the SFV and my neighbor's house both sold in under a week with just over full price offers...

Another friend of mine sold a 2,000 sq ft house in Van Nuys recently for $400k...this is unheard of, esp since these are not in any way prime areas...
