(Note, CIBC this morning had predicted that the co would lower their projected growth rate to 20-25% from 25-30%, yet SBUX say they are "reaffirming" their 20-25% target, which seems to contradict CIBC's note.) 17:20 ET SUNW Sun Microsystems stresses challenging demand environment (2.99 +0.19) -- Update -- On conference call, mgmt continues to stress challenging demand environment and tough pricing competition; company saw more weakness in US operations than international in 1Q03 (Sep) and adds that the last 3 weeks of 1Q did not see the normal uptick in demand.
