yeah thats the trend, but the only pure plays on indian outsourcing were cognizant and infosys, last time I checked. You've found another one, cool- maybe some real money can be made with WIPR if you don't mind a bombay stock.

OK - this stock is $1456 ?? per share??

Oracle does outsourcing to india and ireland and it helps their bottom line quite a lot and propels sales imo (because these software customization/consulting rates were SO HIGH due to the model) but still doesn't do much to counter the downtrend in demand. You have to do one of these pureplays but then there are the currency issues and as you know the fed wants the dollar to fall. Does that matter against the rupie(?) I don't know.
