7. Price – average closing price of a security is less than $1.00 over a consecutive 30 trading day
period
(D) Once notified, the company must bring its average share price back above $1.00 by
the later of its subsequent annual meeting date if shareholder approval is required for
resolution or six months following receipt of the notification.

Hi Gottfried,

I am familiar with NASDAQ criteria for delisting. I have not seen anything about NYSE and the magic $1.00 level. I've looked for the NYSE and $1.00. If anyone can link me to the information for that(NYSE delisting criteria), I would be very appreciative. I have searched, but did not find anything related to stock price.
